Returns & Exchanges
At Lunatique U.S., every item is custom-made to order specifically for you.
Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- incorrect size selection
- color preference
- buyer’s remorse
- change of mind
We can assist with:
- defective items (printing or manufacturing defects)
- damaged items
- incorrect items received
- delivery issues (marked delivered but not received)
Claim Window: Within 30 days of the marked delivery date.
How to Start a Claim:
Please email support@lunatique.net within 30 days and include:
- your order number
- clear photos of the issue (if applicable)
- a brief description of the problem
For delivery issues, please include any helpful tracking details.
Once reviewed, we’ll provide either a replacement or full refund for qualifying claims.
Please Note:
- items must be unworn and unwashed
- we do not offer size exchanges on made-to-order items
- please review size charts carefully before ordering
