Returns & Exchanges

At Lunatique U.S., every item is custom-made to order specifically for you.

Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • incorrect size selection
  • color preference
  • buyer’s remorse
  • change of mind

We can assist with:

  • defective items (printing or manufacturing defects)
  • damaged items
  • incorrect items received
  • delivery issues (marked delivered but not received)

Claim Window: Within 30 days of the marked delivery date.

How to Start a Claim:

Please email support@lunatique.net within 30 days and include:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the issue (if applicable)
  • a brief description of the problem

For delivery issues, please include any helpful tracking details.

Once reviewed, we’ll provide either a replacement or full refund for qualifying claims.

Please Note:

  • items must be unworn and unwashed
  • we do not offer size exchanges on made-to-order items
  • please review size charts carefully before ordering
