Are your products made to order? 

Yes! All Lunatique products are custom-made especially for you after you place your order. This made-to-order approach helps us reduce waste and keep costs down, but it also means each item is unique to you.

How long does shipping take? 

Production takes 2-4 business days, then shipping typically takes another 2-5 days depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 7-10 business days total.

What if I need to update my shipping address after placing my order?

Because our products are made to order, orders can move into production very quickly — sometimes overnight. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@lunatique.net.

We will always do our best to submit address correction requests before shipment, but once an order has entered production or shipment processing, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.

For this reason, we strongly recommend double-checking your shipping address carefully before completing checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because our products are made to order, purchases are sent into production very quickly — sometimes within hours or overnight.

Once an order enters production, changes and cancellations typically can no longer be made because the items are already being prepared for printing by our production partners and become locked into the fulfillment process.

If you need to request a cancellation or modification, please contact us as soon as possible at support@lunatique.net and we will always do our best to help before production begins.

Please note:

  • Address changes, item swaps, size changes, and cancellations are generally not possible once production has started.
  • The cancellation/change window closes when production begins, not when the order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

We are a U.S. business located in the United States.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from the United States using a print partner closest to your location.

Where are your products made?

All our products are printed here in the U.S. The blank shirt stock comes from a Canadian company.

What type of printing method do you use?

We use Direct to Fabric (DTF) printing for the best possible quality and sharpest detail.

Returns & Quality

What if I order the wrong size?

Because each item is custom-made specifically for you, we cannot offer exchanges or returns for incorrect size selections. We strongly recommend reviewing our size charts before ordering. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We're so sorry if that happens! Contact us at support@lunatique.net within 30 days with photos of the issue, and we'll send you a replacement or provide a full refund.

What counts as a defect?

Manufacturing defects include misprints, incorrect designs, printing errors, or items that don't match what you ordered. Normal print placement variations of 0.5 inches or less are within industry standards.

Can I return an item if I just don't like it?

Unfortunately, because each item is custom-made to order just for you, we cannot accept returns based on personal preference, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. We encourage you to review product images, descriptions, and our customer reviews carefully before ordering.

What if the color looks different than on my screen?

Colors may appear slightly different on various screens due to monitor settings. This is not considered a defect. However, if your item is significantly different from what was advertised, please contact us.

Holiday Shopping

Will my order arrive before Christmas?

Orders placed before December 12th should arrive before Christmas, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. For holiday gifts, we recommend ordering as early as possible.

Can I expedite my order?

Because our items are custom-made, production time cannot be shortened. However, you can select faster shipping at checkout (if available) to reduce transit time after production.

Care Instructions

How do I care for my Lunatique apparel?

  • Machine wash cold, inside-out on gentle cycle
  • Use mild detergent and wash with like colors
  • Do not use fabric softener or bleach
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry for best results
  • Do not dry clean

Will the design fade or crack?

When cared for properly, our prints are designed to last. Following the care instructions above will help maintain the quality and appearance of your items for years to come.
