I know, I know, nobody wants a dry sandwich. But how exactly do you avoid adding over 100 calories and 10 grams of denatured, inflammatory fats to your sprouted grain bread without a little mayo?
Simple! Try this quick and easy Herbed Greek Yogurt recipe that’s heavy on protein, light on calories, and void of those health-derailing fats mentioned above.
1 cup organic Greek yogurt
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1/4 cup cucumber, grated
1 small clove of garlic, minced
